Anna Villas is set in a quiet location, in the beautiful central area of Pano Koufonissi, commanding lovely views of the azure-coloured sandy beach. This bright complex comprises two whitewashed buildings, each with beautifully decorated studios, almost all of them with a spectacular view to the sea.
You will feel comfortable and relaxed in the lovely outdoor lounge and in the immaculately kept grounds and shrub gardens. It offers excellent standards and is an ideal place to unwind, relax and absorb the scenery.
Breakfast is served outdoors at the café–snack bar with its sea views: fresh orange juice, Greek yogurt and homemade cakes.

The hospitable and traditional Anna Villas offers two-, three- and four-bed studios, all with a living room, fully equipped kitchenette with oven and mini fridge, private bathroom with hot water 24h, telephone, television and air conditioning. All studios but one have two verandas — one with a beautiful sea view, the other looking to the country.

03 — Koufonisia
Location
Anna Villas is sited in a quiet place in the central area of Koufonissi Island and it is ideal for peaceful holidays. An easy stroll of just about 150 metres brings you to the sandy beach and the island amenities.
Koufonissi is reached by ferry from Piraeus (Athens) or by connection from Naxos, Amorgos and the other Cyclades. Transfer to and from the port is free for our guests.

04 — Families
We care for your family
We care for your family, your kids, as you do. Baby high chairs and dining chairs, a mixer shaker to prepare baby meals, toys, a playstation, a play room and beach toys are all here for you — you don't have to bring everything with you. Tell us your preferred brand of powdered milk or nappies in advance and we'll have them ready, and let us know about any special nutrition requirements. We can prepare baby fruit-cream meals and arrange babysitting with the same care we used with our own children. A baby cot is free.

Policies
- To confirm a booking, an advance deposit of 25% of the total cost or one night — whichever is greater — is required.
- Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Within 21 days, or no-show: the deposit is retained.
- Check-in 14:00 or later · Check-out 12:00 or earlier.
- Pets are not allowed.
